From a very young age, Haifa was captivated by beauty and elegance. She fondly recalls her grandmother—once crowned Miss Lebanon—who maintained her poise, hair, and makeup impeccably until her final days.

“She showed me that a woman can care for her image at any age, at any time, and in any place,” Haifa shares.

Adding to that early inspiration was her mother, a skilled makeup artist and hairstylist, whose talent and passion further fueled Haifa’s fascination with the beauty world.

Having lived across the Levant, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and Canada, Haifa developed a global perspective. She noticed a common thread in every culture: the universal desire to look and feel beautiful. This realization, coupled with her background in marketing for luxury brands like L’Oréal, Lancôme, Giorgio Armani, and Ralph Lauren, laid the foundation for what would eventually become INSTAGLAM.

Haifa’s experience working with celebrities for leading Pan-Arab magazines gave her first-hand insight into the demands of luxury beauty services. Yet she observed a key market gap—the traditional model always required clients to go to the salon. She wanted to flip that script.

“It became clear that everyone—regardless of age, income, or background—deserves to feel glamorous,” she explains. “That’s why I created INSTAGLAM: to simplify and revolutionize beauty services by bringing them directly to your doorstep.”
